PARTICULAR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

SINGLE ROOM OPTION

Single Room option has a 400€ extra over the above presented price, its limited to hotel´s availability and can only be confirmed 60 days prior to the event.

MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORT​

The adventure begins in Marrakesh where riders simply arrive and step straight into the experience. We will organize the motorcycle transportation on your behalf for an additional fee (*) on top of the registration. When you land, both the team and your motorcycle will be waiting for you at the hotel, ready to start the journey together.​

​​ALTERNATIVE ARRIVAL

For the ones that prefer, you can ride or drive your car with a trailer to Marrakesh and meet us there, there will be space to park the cars during the time of the event for an additional fee.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

  • Half board accommodation in 4* and 5* hotels (8 nights) + 1 night in Bivouac

  • Logistic, medical and mechanical support

  • Daily lunch pack

  • GPX tracks provided before the event

  • Welcome pack (t-shirt, personalised jersey, buff and drybag)

  • Online tracking link for family and friends

  • Geo locator safety device installed in the motorcycle (will require a 150€ deposit to be returned after the event

  • Photos library to be dowloaded by participants

  • Videos of all stages and after movie

PAYMENT TERMS

Participants can pre register as off now paying a deposit of 100€ to secure their place. The pre registration fee is fully refundable up to 31st of August 2026.

Registration will open on the 1st of July 2026 and participants can submit their registration after that date. After submitting the registration form the participants will receive the payment instructions upon which a 50% deposit will be required to secure your place (deducted from pre registration if applicable).

The remaining payment is due up to 60 days prior to the start of the event (see Terms and Conditions for more detailed information).
